2019年12月13日,合肥高新常青学校师生一行在校长杨晓华女士的带领下,来到国家研学基地——青松食品集团,亲身体验做美食、学知识、享文化的有意义的一天。本次活动旨在全面提升学生的核心素养、社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力,将生活的小常识带入每一堂课,也将每一堂课的科学知识融进平凡的生活和每一个孩子心里。在初升的旭日下,师生们进行了第一项活动:升国旗。在这个特殊的日子里,孩子们郎朗背诵《少年中国说》的声音更加的洪亮。
On December 13th,2019, a group of students and teachers from Hefei Ivy Experimental Academy, following Principal. Yang Xiaohua, arrived at the science and technology base for food and agriculture-- Qingsong Food Company. We experienced a meaningful day of cooking, learning, and enjoying food culture. The purpose of this activity is to promote and enhance our students' core literacy, social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability, and bring the common sense of life into every class, in turns, put the theories of every lesson into the ordinary life and the hearts of every child.
为了将研究学习与实践体验相融合,寓教于乐,本次研学活动中校长将带领全体学生和老师们共同来到青松食品生产基地的研学教室和展览馆,我们将深入了解食品科学,每个人都能够在探访国家研学基地的过程中收获新的知识,开拓新的视野。

大家在这里学到的“吃”与平时大家概念中的“食物”有所区别。不仅仅食品的烹饪是科学,食材的种植、食物营养的搭配、食品安全的保障……无一不是涵盖着博大的专业知识与科学技术。孩子们深刻体会到了一米一面来之不易:想要做成一盘可口的饭菜被吃下肚子,还真不是随随便便简简单单的事情。终于到激动人心的动手DIY环节啦,在工作人员及老师的指导下,孩子们亲手体验到面点烹饪的流程。我的面点我做主,自己的饭自己做。让我们仔细看看这里专心致志揉面的孩子们,他们的神情之专注程度,他们的创造力之新潮程度,那可要比专业做面点的师傅们还更上一层楼呢。在欢声笑语声中,孩子们也和自制的花样小馒头拍起了合影。

你瞧,低年级孩子个子不够高,有的孩子都得站起来看老师的示范,甚至全程站着完成面点。他们每个人额上沁出了细微的汗珠,浸湿了的小厨师帽放在满是生面粉的桌边,但没有哪一位孩子喊苦说累,他们都是好样的。

下午,老师们设计了各种互动环节,带领孩子们从交通、消防、公共、家庭、自然、视力等各主题的展馆依次步行穿过,驻足参观以安全知识为主题的科普长廊,整个参观过程寓学于游,将各种生活常识细致而全面地传达给学生们。

行程的最后一站是环保知识长廊,让学生们正确认识垃圾分类的重要性,师生之间互相聊一聊生活中垃圾分类的那些小趣事。 耕耘的汗水换来的是收获的喜悦,孩子们通过此次美食基地研学活动,切身体会到了“食”中的门道、“食”中的科学、“食”中的文化,这次旅途也是我校全人教育的一次完美实践。此次研学活动每个项目都很接地气,极其贴近孩子们的生活场景,像土地干涸时的一场润雨,像漫漫长冬的一炉暖炭。同时,本次研学游展示了我校日常教学中所渗透的健康理念和健康习惯,让学生的进步和成长有迹可循。
