培训中，老师们紧紧围绕着三个议题：面对教育品牌我们在做什么？我们为什么要做？我们该怎么做？分组开展了热烈的讨论。全员班主任的数学组老师们更多地关注到了家校之间的互动模式，教研组长优秀教师张晓晓说到：如果我们是一条船，那家长和老师就是一对双桨，只有双桨同向同力，小船才能越走越快，越走越远。语文组许雯老师强调：老师要给学生一杯水，首先要有一桶水。提高语文素养，需要提供给孩子更多的机会，给孩子更好的情感熏陶，给孩子更健全的价值观培养。英语组的老师们将自己比作引领孩子顺利走过英语教学长河的一架拱桥。着眼于创建中国底色国际特色的真正的双语教学，成为双语教学的革新者、创造者、引领者、探索者。艺体组作为教师“颜值担当组”与“综合技能顶梁柱”，却用最朴实的话语为全体老师们点透了前进的方向：干就完了！综合组的老师可是学校里面的全能星，文理社科融汇贯通，他们义不容辞地成为了国际化教育中学科融合的先锋者！
