2019年4月24日下午，高新区工委委员、管委会副主任曹效记来到合肥高新常青学校调研指导民办学校党建工作，高新区社会事业局副局长丁科、高新区社会事业局教育处处长叶光华等一行陪同调研。
On the afternoonof April 24, 2019, Cao Xiaoji, member of the Labor Committee and deputydirector of the Management Committee of Hefei High-tech Zone, came to HefeiHigh-tech Ivy League Experimental School to conduct research and guidance onParty building in private schools. Ding Ke, deputy director of the SocialAffairs Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone, and Ye Guanghua, director of theEducation Department of the Social Affairs Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone,accompanied the research.

Zhang Bei, the legal representative of Hefei Ivy Experimental Academy, Bei Wenbiao, Li Jihe and Wang Jian, the school board members, warmly welcomed the leaders of Hefei high-tech zone who came to the school to guide the Party construction work.
曹主任一行走入校园，首先参观了学校的校园环境，并参观了国学馆、陶艺馆等功能性教室，曹主任饶有兴趣的欣赏了孩子们的手工作品，对学校开展的多项课后素质教育给予了高度评价。随后，曹主任一行在学校领导的陪同下，察看了学校的党员活动室并与学校领导及党建筹备组负责人进行了亲切的座谈。座谈期间校董贝文彪着重向领导们介绍了目前我校党支部筹建进展情况以及筹建过程中存在的主要问题，同时就党支部的下一步具体工作计划作了认真汇报。我校校董还就我方的办学特色、办学规划及学校的安全管理等工作向曹主任一行做了详细汇报。
Director Cao visited the school campus and the functional classrooms such as the Chinese Tradition Museum and the Ceramic Art Museum. Director Cao enjoyed the children's handicraft works with great interest, and gave a high appraisal to the quality education after class carried out by the school. Subsequently, accompanied by the leaders of the school, Director Cao visited the Party member activity room of the school and held cordial talks with the leaders of the school and the leaders of the Party construction preparatory group. During the discussion, the school director, Bei Wenbiao, introduced to the leaders the progress of Party branch preparation and the main problems in the process of preparation, he also made a report on the concrete work plan of the Party branch for the next step. The school director also made a detailed report to Director Cao and his delegation on our school-running characteristics, school-running plan and safety management.
听取汇报后，曹主任要求高新区社事局党委对我校党支部筹建工作加强指导，尽快审批，尽快完成党支部建设。同时，要求我校的党建工作必须按照流程要求办理，曹主任认为我校的党员基础较好，党员占比较高，学校的党员同志更要在各自的岗位起到先锋模范带头作用，不断提高民办学校党建工作的整体水平，大力推进高新区民办教育的健康发展。丁科局长对学校的信息化建设、智慧校园建设、steam课程特色化及校企、校校合作方面给予了指导。
After hearing the report, Director Cao asked the Party Committee of the Social Affairs Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone to strengthen its guidance on the preparation of the Party branch of our school, to examine and approve it as soon as possible, and to complete the construction of the Party branch as well. At the mean time, the Party building work in our school must be handled according to the process requirements. Director Cao believes that the Party members in our school have a better foundation and a higher proportion of Party members. Party members and comrades in our school should play a vanguard and exemplary role in their respective posts, constantly improve the overall level of Party building work in private schools, and vigorously promote the healthy development of private education in high-tech zones. Director Ding Ke gave guidance to the informationization construction of the school, the construction of smart campus, the specialization of step curriculum and the cooperation between school, enterprise and school.
最后，曹主任对我校在建校较短时间内，将党建工作及其他各项管理工作理上正轨表示肯定；要求我校规范办学、打出特色，为将高新区打造成我市教育创新高地做贡献；同时对今后学校的安全管理特别是食品卫生工作提出了高标准要求。另外曹主任对我校办学特色及办学的国际化视野表示了极大兴趣，要求我校联合高新区同行民办学校积极开展教学教研交流活动，提高高新区民办学校的国际化水准，共同努力将高新区民办教育办出水平、办出特色，力争成为合肥市民办学校国际化水平的标杆。
Finally, Director Cao affirmed that the Party building work and other management work were on the right track within a relatively short period of time. He demanded that our school should standardize its management and make its own characteristics, and contribute to building the high-tech zone into an educational innovation highland in our city. At the same time, he put forward high standards for the safety management of the school, especially for the food hygiene work in the future. In addition, Director Cao expressed great interest in the characteristics of our school and its internationalization perspective. He asked our school to actively carry out teaching and research exchanges with private schools in the high-tech zones, improve the internationalization level of private schools in the high-tech zones, and work together to make the private education in the high-tech zones a standard and a characteristic so as to become a benchmark of the internationalization level of Hefei's public-run schools.
